1. Introduction

By accessing or purchasing from the Drone Tech (DTI) store, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any transactions. 

2. Eligibility & Local Regulations

• The customer acknowledges that the operation of UAVs (Drones) in Saudi Arabia is subject to regulations by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and relevant security authorities. 

• The customer is solely responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and licenses to operate the drone according to local laws. 

• DTI is not liable for any misuse of products that violate local regulations. 

3. Pricing & Orders

• All prices displayed include VAT (unless stated otherwise). 

• The store reserves the right to adjust prices or cancel orders in the event of technical pricing errors. 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to deliver orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on product availability or customs clearance for advanced systems. 

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping address and contact information. 

5. Warranty & Maintenance

• All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for the period specified for each item. 

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damages resulting from crashes, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. 

6. Limitation of Liability

Drone Tech (DTI) shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold, including property damage or personal injuries caused by incorrect UAV operation.
